When you and at least two friends come to the seminar, each of you will receive a free CD of current, popular songs to practice dancing. The CDs list the dances you can do to each song. Select one of several CDs: Country & Western, Swing, Salsa, or Ballroom

| 12:30-1:00 | Mixer Dance (Waltz & Swing) |
| 1:00-2:00 | Swing, Cha Cha, 3 Step |
| 2:00-3:00 | Spin Class, Progressive Double 2 Step, Salsa |
| 3:00-4:00 | Pot Luck Party! Every person brings something to share. There are outlets to plug in your crock pot. |
| 4:00-5:30 | Progressive Double Two Step, Waltz, Two Step |
| 5:30-6:00 | Practice and Dancing |
| 6:00-6:30 | Line Dance |
| Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes offered during all sessions | |
